Refund Policy

Refunds, if provided, must be handled by West Mountain Group Programs directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).

Registration Refunds:
"Refund Policy" NO REFUNDS for program fees unless a medical condition occurs before January 1st, 2017. If student can't ski due to medical reasons, a letter from a doctor is required for verification. (All refunds will be subject to a $25 processing fee - Please allow 30 days for refunds to process) In the case that you do need a refund due to injury, please provide medical documentation and a letter stating why you are requesting a refund. Also you must turn in your plastic Program Pass immediately, if you are requesting a refund due to an injury. If the pass is not returned the program will not be refunded. There will be a $25 processing fee applied to ALL refunds. Please allow 30 days for refund. The refund monies can be applied to a West Mountain Gift Card that can be used at the Mountain or the dollar amount can be credited to the following year's program. (Gift Cards cannot be used for Rentals)

Store Refunds:
All sales are final.
