Refunds, if provided, must be handled by West Mountain Group Programs directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).

NO REFUNDS for program fees unless a medical condition occurs before January 1st, 2017.
If student can't ski due to medical reasons, a letter from a doctor is required for verification.
(All refunds will be subject to a $25 processing fee - Please allow 30 days for refunds to process)
In the case that you do need a refund due to injury, please provide medical documentation and a letter stating why you are requesting a refund.
Also you must turn in your plastic Program Pass immediately, if you are requesting a refund due to an injury. If the pass is not returned the program will not be refunded.
There will be a $25 processing fee applied to ALL refunds. Please allow 30 days for refund.
The refund monies can be applied to a West Mountain Gift Card that can be used at the Mountain or the dollar amount can be credited to the following year's program. (Gift Cards cannot be used for Rentals)
